It was definitely a bit of a thought to take it on again, but I’m happy to report that on the 8th of September I successfully completed the 100 Days Project for the third year in a row. Phew!
The project challenges you to pick a creative outlet and commit to create, every day for 100 days, within whatever framework or medium you choose. Once again, I wanted to keep it small and achievable so this year it was wooden coasters and a lot of them were mini still life paintings of small single objects (mainly inspired by our unintentional but fast-developing studio ceramics collection!)
I’m hoping to take part in the Parade Artists Christmas Market again this year, and that all 100 mini paintings will be on show and for sale there, from Saturday 21st to Sunday 29th November, at Wasps Studios, 77 Hanson Street G31 2HF.
